Preparing for your Nişantaşı atelier visit
There is a rewarding space between admiring a design on a screen and getting to know it in person. An atelier visit can be a starting point for looking more closely, asking questions and exploring how the collection relates to your own special occasion.

Begin by planning an appointment
All visits to the Zéyrafi atelier are by appointment only. Sharing your preferred date and time in advance allows us to plan your visit together. Use the appointment form on our site to enter your name and the day and time you have in mind.
The form prepares a WhatsApp message with the information you choose to share. After sending it, you can discuss availability with our atelier. The appointment is finalised only once you receive confirmation; filling in the form alone does not confirm a visit.
Make a note of the designs you like
Before visiting, you may find it helpful to explore a few looks on the collection page. If Victoria in sage or Fleura in green floral catches your eye, note both the design name and its colour interpretation.
You do not need to arrive with a single favourite. A shoulder line, the movement of a skirt or an embroidered detail can all be useful starting points for a conversation. Noticing what appeals to you across several designs can help you express your own style more clearly.
Prepare the questions that matter to you
Ask about colours, sizing, fabric composition and care in relation to the specific design. If you are preparing for an occasion, sharing the date and atmosphere can provide useful context. Confirming product details directly is more reliable than drawing conclusions from photographs.
If you have questions about trying a design, a particular size or possible adjustments, raise them before your visit. This helps establish what you would like to discuss and allows you to focus on the details that matter to you.
